How do I make a booking with UTours?
You can make a booking by contacting our expert consultants directly via phone (+230 5259 1846), email (info@utours.mu), or by using our online enquiry form. Our team will provide personalised quotes and handle all arrangements for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (preferred), major credit and debit cards, and certified cheques. Please note that credit card payments may incur a 2.5% processing fee, whilst bank transfers are fee-free.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
Typically, we require a deposit of 25-50% at the time of booking, with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. It protects you against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. We can arrange suitable coverage through our trusted insurance partners.
What documents do I need for international travel?
You need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), appropriate visas for your destinations, and any required health certificates or vaccination records. We provide detailed documentation requirements for all destinations.
Can you help with visa applications?
Yes, we offer visa assistance services for most destinations. Our team can guide you through the application process, help with documentation, and submit applications on your behalf where permitted.
Can I change my booking after confirmation?
Changes to confirmed bookings are possible but may incur supplier penalties and our amendment fees. The ability to make changes depends on the specific terms of your booking and how close to departure you wish to make changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges vary depending on how far in advance you cancel: More than 60 days - deposit forfeit; 31-60 days - 50% of total cost; 15-30 days - 75% of total cost; Less than 15 days - 100% of total cost.
Do you provide 24/7 support?

What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, contact us immediately. We will work with the airline to rebook you on the next available flight at no extra cost. If significant delays occur, we can assist with accommodation and meal arrangements.
